Friendships, why do they matter? Least for me I can honestly say I do not have many friends. This is why a few I have mean the most to me. Look I know I ma not the easiest to get along with and my views are really out there. So any one who takes the time to listen to me means something.
However, why is it that there is some unwritten rule in society, that says guys can not be friends with girls and girls can not be friends with guys. This is typical society bullshit. First off my friends are no one else's business. My friends are mine for a reason.
There is one very close friend that happens to be female. Many of my friends past and present have been female. Its a spiritual thing with me. Ying and yang. I can offset my differences with a female better is all. This does not mean I do not have male friends. I have a few. Just when it comes to the one person I decide to spend the most time with, is my female friend.
Why do I get grief? I am married. My wife is very close to my friend as well. So why is it anyone's business that I spend time with this person? I get along really well. I have a great time with her, we can talk about anything, she listens and I listen to her. We share some of the same hobbies and we enjoy going on adventures together.
So just what is it? Why would you look at this and decide to inject your thoughts and try to make me out to be some bad guy? Jealousy. See my wife is not jealous you are. You. You are miserable and don’t like the fact that I can have the time of my life with this person.
Any and all of your thoughts and comments make my wife look like a fool me as a jerk and my friend, who you don’t even know look like a home wrecker. Well congratulations this will only make my friendship stronger and closer.
